I'm sure Dark Eldar would find a very good niche in the entertainment business (I am NOT talking about porn, by the way), such as in very specific night clubs, and so on.

General Craftworld Eldar would be most excellent in just about any artsy job.

Orks wouldn't be able to hold a steady job due to smashing gak; Dark Eldar would find employment in fetish clubs or some such; Eldar aren't actually that diplomatic, they're supposedly really good at the things they devote their energy to because of the degree to which they focus, shoehorning them into one job wouldn't work well.
