Does anyone know if you can 'cancel' tickets? I put in 2 tickets because my order had been shorted in the pdf I got attached to an email, but the portion they said they would send just arrive and it had an extra receipt in it with the missing items with 'To Follow' written underneath. That hadn't shown up on the attached pdf I got in advance so I had thought there had been a mistake. Can I cancel the ticket? Or will they just look at it, realise what happened, and put it aside.

The first mail you get when you submit a ticket has a userid and password for the help site near the bottom of the mail, try login and set the status to closed.

you should get a ticket response explaining which items are to follow etc.


No need to respond to the ticket as they guys in the office will change the status after a few days without a response.
