Storm Raven /w TL Multi Melta, TL Assault Cannon, Hurricane Bolters, Psybolt Ammo and Mindstrike Missiles

Was concidering haveing the purgation squad ride in the raven and get droped off some where to lay down some heavy psycannon fire. Let the dreads deep strike and to there jobs and hold back to midfield witht he troops till mid game for objectives ....

In my opinion, heavy psycannon is not worth the points. Take second incinerator instead.

Psycannons on purgation squads are bit expensive: 10 man purgation squad with 4 psycannons costs exactly the same as 10 Purifiers with 4 psycannons. I'd take 4 incinerators instead and bring the fight to enemy. And purchase the cheap teleport homer for the justicar.

With the points saved, you can buy psybolt ammunition for your squads, for they will lose their rides pretty soon and after that the S5 storm bolters are really nice.

I second swapping the Purgation squad for a Purifier squad.

And only give them 2 psycannons and use the points for psybolts.

Incinerators on Purifiers are a little pointless as Cleansing Flame does practically the same thing, although there is something to be said for free.
