Not nearly enough troops for 1500. 10 scouts and 10 marines on the ground? Need at least one more tactical squad and it'd be a lot better if they both got some sort of transport. Otherwise the first LRBT you run into will just kill all your troop and you have the excitement of losing 2/3s of the missions.
You need to specify the rest of details in the list. What powers does the libby have? What specials on the tactical squad? This is important to know to understand rest of list.
As a rule, epistolary and scout bikers are a bad idea, and think you went overboard with the sternguards having all combis.
Not really sure why people have been so hot for landspeeder spam lately (have seen squadrons a lot lately), my experiences with them in 6th are that they die way too easily, even in squads. Autocannons and plasma in particular will just kill them straight away. most anything can kill 2HP on av10, and stuff like rifleman dreads or the new forgefiends will just blow them up instantly.
Also, you are really hanging the sternguards out to dry. They are no more survivable than basic marines, so you will likely kill 1-2 vehicles on the drop then be promptly obliterated. Seeing as how they are almost 1/3 of your list, you may wanna rethink that strategy.
