Are there many Glasgow/Edinburgh gamers on here that fancy any of the following:

Warhammer 40K - in GW Royal Mile (Edinburgh) or GW Union Street (Glasgow)
Empire Of The Dead / Bolt Action / Secrets Of The Third Reich / etc (Edinburgh Games hub or other independent with tables?)

I am based in Glasgow if you are still keen for games at GW on Union Street. I can give you a game on Thursday if you are keen? The busy nights to go in are Tuesday or Thursday evenings where it is pretty easy to arrange a game, as the overwhelming majority of the regulars are fun, friendly folks.

Weekends are particularly hectic and kids tend to dominate the tables

What do you fancy playing? I've got about 1500pts of IG, but that's probably too much for a pick up game, as I'm not very familiar with the new rules.

1500 is fine, and if I see you reply on here I can try book a table for 4 or 6, as it can be quite busy on thursdays. I'll be playing a Grey Knights Terminator army, as a friend requested to play against it for tomorrow but normally I play either space marines or dark eldar, and there is a fair variety of armies used in the store

I'll need to check this more often! I think a 6pm game would probably be best but I'm not sure which dates suit best yet, I'll check and let you know
