Hi there just a question about posting non historical miniatures with real world insignias. More specifically I've been working on a mexican marine chapter fairly humerus but certainly not meant as offensive. That said it was not allowed at another forum due to the Mexican symbols.

My question is before I post up a plog is whether or not this is allowed at Dakka or not? I could not find anything in the rules about it but I would certainly rather ask than stumble blindly into a deletion! Thanks in advance!

Define "Mexican symbols" please. I'm sure it would be fine so long as it isn't overtly racist/stereotypical... Remember, just because you think it is humorous doesn't mean everyone else will.

And some, I assume, are good people."

Just the Mexican flag is all really. It's meant to be more humorously patriotic. The argument against those types of things are as easy as nazi symbols on a WWII panzer tank is fine but Nazi space marines really can cause issues. Banning all non historical national symbols is certainly a way around that type of thing and I understand if its not allowed.

Basically they are space marines customized with sombreros, Mexican flags, tacos etc.
