Here is a possible Eldar Tournament list at 1500.

FARSEER- jetbike, runes of witnessing, runes of warding, spirit stones, fortune, doom = 185
FARSEER- jetbike, runes of witnessing, spirit stones, doom, guide, mind war, eldritch storm = 200 (he will trade those powers in for rolls on the divination chart)
6 WARLOCKS- 6 jetbikes, 2 destructors, 1 enhance, 1 embolden= 310

TROOPS
10 pathfinders= 240
5 pathfinders= 120
5 pathfinders= 120
5 pathfinders= 120
3 guardian jetbikes- shuriken cannon= 76
3 guardian jetbikes- shuriken cannon= 76

Aegis defenseline= 50
TOTAL= 1497

The 6 warlocks and 2 farseers will all be together for my seer council. One farseer will roll for 4 book powers in the divination chart or the telepathy chart. Preferably misfortune, prescience, or maybe forboding. If I really need to I can take 4 rolls to try to get invisibility on the telepathy chart. The other farseer will cast fortune on the unit and then support the pathfinders with doom.

The guardian jetbikes will be for last turn contesting.

A possible switch up could be to drop all pathfinders to rangers and then add 3 war walkers with shuriken cannons to outflank with.

Comments and criticism are welcome.

He has the Council for that. Every1 in the council has Armourbane

Well, the army lacks cover fire. A competitive Eldar army should max out HS.
So many Pathfinders are not necessary and one Jetseer will generally suffice if you give her fortune and roward.
All in all, its not very competitive.

Unless that tank is ignoring cover, I could mostly care less about it. What is it going to effectively kill? Pathfinders will all have 2+ cover. Seer council will have its re rolls as well. Enough witch blades will take stuff down. Except av 14 all around.

Dooming a target and firing all the pathfinders at it is highly effective. I don't understand why I need cover fire. I know how good war walkers are. And what they do. But you can still be competitive without them.

And the witchblades can also be incredibly powerful when you use prescience and misfortune. Re roll to hit, 2+ to wound, and forced re rolling of their armour save. Or if I play flyer spam or anything similar, then I try to roll for invisibility.

Well, a Jetcouncil with 2+6 members cannot be everywhere during the battle. They need to chose their target wisely. This unit is costs halve of your army. There are enemy units out there that will tie them up ad infinitum.
By the way, I'd include 3 Warwalkers with scatterlasers.
