The way I usually use these guys is 3 Rhinos and Mr. Ancient start on the board. They race forward and try to get into some good cover. Then the two combat assault squads try to appear on each flank or the same flank, depending on deployment and cover available. Chaplain leads one and the Sergeant gets the other. Then the Captain comes in following them with the Terms to insert a serious ouch in any orifices left untouched. Surprisingly, I have ran this list against Tau (only other player in the area) and I win probably 70% of the time. As long as the guys deep striking don't get wasted on bad rolls, they usually manage to get right into CC and shut everything down very efficiently.

Woe to the foe that seeks to overcome the Malleus, for they will fail, and then, they will burn.

Not a bad list.

3 full tac squads might be a little more then you need. I might swap one out for a 5 man scout squad to free up points elsewhere.

If you plan on combat squadding the assaults, it would be nice to field two 5 mans instead. This gives you another sarge with a power weapon. You could also add another flamer if you wanted to with what you have now. In general, I'm not a huge fan of 10 man assault squads.

I'm not sure what one HK is going to do for you. I might use those points to give a sarge a c-melta. Or a chainfist or melta bomb somewhere.

I agree, the single HK i would probably drop, also the melta bomb on the assault squad Sargent, he has a power fist so that should do the job, the only think the melta bomb will aid against is a land raider and as you said, you mainly pay tau so might as well drop it for extra points.

With the few extra points i would make the 10 man assault squad 2 squads of 5 so so you have more attacks (granted its only 1, but still, every little helps). Overall a nice solid list. I still prefair assault terminators to regular, but thats just me.

Thanks guys, will definitely give all that a try. When looking at it from a different view, having two standard vanilla assault squads does make more sense than a full bore unit.

Oh, forgot to mention. HK was purely a last minute decision to use 10 more points, I generally find them not worth the effort.
