I haven't played many games of 6th edition, and I'm the only person in my group who has any flyers (a blitza bommer), and I was wondering what kind of firing arc it's guns have. Since flyers are vehicles and thus must fire all their weapons at a single target, with something like a blitza bommer where it has both forward and rear facing guns, does this effectively mean that it can only fire one or the other each turn? Thanks!

Hull-mounted Weapons have total 45 degree arcs, both horizontal and vertical. Turret / pintle mounted weapons have the arc they can turn, minimum 45 degrees horizontal and vertical.

So yes, in most cases you can only fire either forward or rearward weapons.
