Hey Dakka,
Consider opening a new forum under the WH40K grouping for Horus Heresy Related discussions and army lists.
There is huge interest but nowhere to consistently go for it.
Just a suggestion.

1) This belongs in Nuts and Bolts
2) The HH is not large enough in an official rules capacity to warrant the creation of a new forum simply because no everyone has the HH-Betrayal book, and dakka makes it pretty much an official policy not to create a new sub forum that might not see a lot of traffic... The biggest and most recent split was due to Infinity players asking for the misc miniatures games to be split up.

Maybe we need a FAQ sticky for Nuts & Bolts:
Q1) How can we get a specific sub-forum?
A2) Prove that the traffic is there to sustain it.
