So I'm thinking about trying out this Dark Eldar list...I'm going to be playing against Necrons, Grey Knights and Blood Angels mostly. I am trying to get it to be as competitive as possible...my opponents run Doom Scythes and Stormravens. So what do you think? And what can I do to make it stronger against them?

The 5th Trueborn in your units seems like a waste. He has 4 buddies with anti-tank guns and he can only shooting troops.

The DLs on the Raiders seem less efficient than Blasters. They Raider has to stand still or the Kabalites are snap firing with their heavy weapons. When DE don't move they are dead, especially considering not having a Jink save for not moving. With Blasters on your Kabalites you can save points by dropping the Night Shields and Flickerfields.

I always at least try to get a liquifier gun for my Haemonculus. Even if it is apparently just there to fill the prerequisite HQ choice.

Instead of Scourges you can get 2 units of 3 man Reavers with a Heat Lance. They are faster and a bit more survivable, albeit a bit more expensive.

Your Trueborn need a focus. If you want anti tank take 4 blasters. Anti light infantry take 2 Cannon. Anti TEQ/Heavy Infantry, 2 Cannon and 3 Blasters.

As your opponents have planes may be worth investing in some yourself. Voidravens are great anti flyer.

Bikes are generally better than scourges for heat lances as they are faster. Scourges on the other hand make excellent use of haywire blasters.

Flickys are a bit of a waste of points on skimmers.

Don't need flickerfields if you're getting the jink save every turn

If you want to run the vehicles as gun platforms that don't have to move (but can move, quite far, if they have to), keep the flickerfields. Otherwise, you'll see benefit only from "ignores cover" type weapons, which are few and far between.

Also, be very mindful of how you have to approach your matches. Your list has 19 kill points to give up, over half of which come from pathetic floating boxes of wet cardboard that any decent anti-tank weapon will explode on a 4+, 3+ for the AP1 stuff. You definitely need to be in a position during deployment to pick and choose the most threatening targets, and absolutely annihilate them.

The list looks great overall.

I would try to fit in a voidraven or ADL with a quad gun to help out with all the flyers

Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.
