I saw the ammo packs made by anvil industry, and decided I'd have to have some for my dark angels space marines. These ones by the way: http://www.anvilindustry.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&path=60_87&product_id=148
I was wondering if anyone had used them before, and if they fitted properly on boltguns. If anyone had pictures too that would be very helpful, thanks!
Edit; Also, would GW tournaments not let me use the models which had these ammo clips? as I know in most of their stores it would be fine.

They do fit, yes.

I bought some of the drum mags for a heavy bolter to autocannon conversion for my Chaos Havocs and they work perfectly, I simply cut off the existing mag, filed the chassis flat and glued the Anvil ones in place, perfect fit and VERY easy to do.

The Anvil mags are totally awesome, they really add some nice detail to the model.

I can also recommend Anvil as they shipped the items really fast (go them a day after the order was placed).

Yeah, they should just about fit, and if you were worried about not being able to use them in GW touneys, just say you sculpted and cast them yourself, in the unlikely event someone enquires about them.

I can't recommend Joel (Anvil guy) enough, I asked him to not put an invoice in the package, as I'd been told I couldn't buy anymore 'toy soldier crap'.

He wrote a note congratulating me on winning their prize draw to keep me out of trouble.

I'll add my recomndaions as well. I bought a bunch of arms, rifles and legs from anvl, they arrived fast and look great. No flash, and well sized for conversion work. The bionic arms are great, and the stocked rifles give a nice tactical look to marines. Ammo magazines are totally interchangeable with any gw weapons, just chop off the old one and superglue on the anvil one.
