The Dakka Painting Challenge is back and roaring to go, and following our last challenge's theme of focusing on a particular game's miniatures, this time around I'm pleased to present:

It's Merry Malifaux Festivities...which is a challenge featuring any of the amazing models from the game of Malifaux from Wyrd Games, with bonus points coming to you if you can figure out a way to work a holiday theme onto your model as well.

Wyrd Games have graciously provided an absolute bounty of amazing hard to find models to be the prizes for this contest, so if you're a fan of their models (or soon to be), then you'll definitely want to give this contest a try!

For all the rules, prizes and all other details, be sure to check out this thread in the Painting and Modeling forum.

Entry pictures must be submitted by December 7th, so get out there and start painting!

A big thanks again to Wyrd Games for sponsoring this challenge!

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!

FYI, for those interested:

Llike a X-Mas miracle (and in no part due to a bit of begging), the deadline for entries has been pushed back to the 14th, so now you've got no excuse to get your entry finished; or if you're nearly done already, now you've got a few more days to really pimp your model out!

Good luck!

Amazingly done, too.

It follows the theme, is still 'generic' enough for off-season use, and it's technically amazing.

Well-deserved congratulations.
