I'm fairly sure i've covered all my bases in this list, what's even weirder is I couldn't decide which Russ variant I wanted and ended up having a crazy dream in which Pask rode in an executioner squadron blasting everything to slag, pure awesomeness.

Honestly though, you may want to look into Demolishers or even standard Russes to increase your all round damage potential. With that said in dropping the Sponsons, and Heavy Stubbers you could give your Veterans and Command Squad a little better kit such as Plasma or Melta to supplement the loss of AP2.

This list will have a hard time dealing with lots of vehicles, especially if your opponent is prepared to deal with flyers. Do your Veterans ride in Vendettas? What is the Psyker for?

If you swap to a Platoon to get your flamers in a PCS and SWS, you can get the same 12 flamers for 260 points instead of 340.

Your Executioners will be at cross-purposes. They're loaded with anti-infantry, but given how little anti-vehicle you're packing they'll end up shooting at transports. That means the stubbers and sponsons go to waste. With your Hellhounds and Veterans, you really don't have a lack of anti-infantry. I'd either drop the extras on the Executioners or trade for LRBTs or Demolishers.

I like the flamer theme, and I think it can do terrible things to your enemy. Just be prepared for the terrible things they can do to you.

The Psykers a filler to get the 2nd FOC and thank you. I didn't realize the glaring lack of anti-vehicle power. I was caught up in the template spam idea. I just thought the Vendettes would rock everything theoreticallym I believe I'm going to drop 1 vehicle of each including the Astropath, and switch out the CCS's kit. I'm going to add that platoon in and prolly switch the vets out for regular infantry squads and make their role objectives/ linebreaker.

I guess you're counting on the vendettas to disable armoured anti infantry platforms before they take your dudes out, and then guard them with a million flamers and plasma cannons against meq.

Gotta say it doesn't look that scary for double FOC but I'd like to see it in action for sure.

Bear in mind when using the Platoon, you can't reserve part of the Platoon and deploy the other part. That means no putting some guys in the Vendettas and some on your objectives.
