It is against the rules of Dakka to ask for specific information from a codex/rulebook. We are not a replacement for buying the book.

This question in no way was intended to be used a substitute for the for rulebook rather it was just a means to clarify something I was confused over. There is no reason to bring hostility into a discussion.

The reason it is seen as a replacement is that the interpretation you are asking about is SO far from the actual rules as to make it seem like you are not looking at them.
