I have some questions about them:
1) Hunting lances are not count as unusual power weapons and remained as ignoring armor?
2) Do hunting lance attacks have +1 strenght for Kamir's Furious charge?
3) Can each lance hit more than one time? It supposed to be one-time use as in description.
4) Who said they can outflank? I can't find anything about riders can outflank.
5) What happen to Kamir's cybersteed in 6 ed? +d3 cybersteed attacks for charge is almost same effect with +2 attack from his Rage special rule. Why bother with dice and just ignore cybersteed rule?

Page 44 – Rough Riders, Hunting Lance.
Replace the second paragraph with the following profile:
Range S AP Type
- +2 3 Melee, First Charge
First Charge: Rough Riders use their hunting lances the first
time they successfully charge into close combat, after which
they cannot be used again. In addition to the profile above, a
model armed with a hunting lance fights at the Initiative 5 step
in the phase they use it.
2. Yes
3. Only on the first successful charge.
4. Nothing unless Mogul Kamir allows it.
5. Most common house rule I've seen is +(d2+1) attacks on the charge (so +2-3 attacks on the charge)

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Makes sense. The Space Wolf FAQ sets a presedence with Ragnar Blackmain.
Same situation, charge bonus of +D3 and +2 but they don't stack.
Q: How does Ragnar Blackmane’s Insane Bravado bonus interact with Berserk Charge? (p55)
A: The unit would gain +D3 Attacks when it charges, with a minimum of +2 (as this is the minimum bonus conferred by the Berserk Charge special rule) – these effects do not stack.

that makes more sense to me grendel, you have +D3 and +2 (both of which are replacing the same thing), you roll to determine what the D3 will actually be, and then you opt to either take it or the 2, whichever is highest.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).

It may make sense, but it'd be cheating as it's increasing the probability of three attacks from 1/3 to 1/2. Rolling the d3 and taking the highest of it or 2 doesn't take any more time, and doesn't change any probabilities.

Hey Chrysis! We don't take kindly to people who like to deal with probability round here.
And by "round here" I mean my LFGS, not dakka.

In that case try to get them to let you do +(d1 + 2)
