Heyhey,

Recently got the Nicodem Malifaux starter box crew (pressy from a friend), 32mm scale so smaller than my regular space marines to paint and quite fun to do, about to play my first game tomorrow so will upload rest of my "crew" (squad) as I complete them.

Thanks for having a gander!

p.s. rectifying the buzzards neck, has come out a tad to dark

Well done man. My gaming community has a large malifaux crowd. Yours would fit right in.

Just forgot what I was going to say.

Nicely done. You will find painting Malifaux is more enjoyable than GW stuff. Each mini is different and unique. No painting ten guys ever so similar to make a squad.

Thanks for all positive feedback just finished a model called " The Hanged" was going for a ghostly look but not sure I've pulled it off

Took pic on my iphone (turned out rather well) & used following paints to try to go from dark to light, abit like the ghosts in LOTR.

Feel free to C&C
Thanks!

I think your models are great how do you achieve that slime effect on the base?

Thanks!

Its fair easy to do..

Swirl around some Liquid Green stuff on base till you get look you want,
Base in black,
Apply slightly watered down dark green and as its still wet just swirl in other varying greens so they bleed out into the dark green,
When all dry i just put on some GW water effects.
