I dont care how they play

they just need to look cool and are some kind of Lone Wolves who fled from their race to make an own army.

When I think tribal, nomadic lifestyle I think Ogres, Beastmen and Orcs especially Savage Orcs. Chaos Marauders also fit the bill.

Your last comment however is redundant to these races as they all split up into tribes. So are you looking for an army from a more civilized society that split off? If so there are fluffy options.

Non cave dwelling dwarfs, there are dwarf colonies outside of the mountains that trade their superior craftwork with humans and elves.
Empire mercenary war bands read Broken Honour if you get a chance, even a state that succeeded (Mariunberg or something like that).
Skaven always scheming and fighting for their own clans benefit.

I think Skaven and Chaos Marauders should do it for you.
Marauders are nomadic barbarians who live in tribes, and Skaven, well, if they find a lot of warpstone they may ´disappear´.

Make a rogue Bretonnian band.

This is fluff. You can make any army be a tribe. You could have some seafaring High Elves, who got shipwrecked and are wandering around. About the non-tribeiest race there is.

Actually daemons are the least tribe army. But there are rebels among them. You probably get bored after an eternity killing mortals and maybe you want to do something different. Like only maim mortals.

Wood Elves are a fine choice. They are (I believe) 100% land locked by bretonnia, having no "real" allies but them selves and the woods, if you are looking for a good guy army with a tribal feel, wood elves are a great well rounded army! Plus you'll be a original (not a ton of people play WE). Good Luck!
