I'm painting this model, so to see it posted is quite interesting.

I immediately noticed the chains are different. I saw on your blog you mentioned changing them but what made you make this decision?

I bought and assembled this model about 2 years ago, but I've only started painting it about 4 days ago. I really wish that I'd not built it as a solid piece because getting the brush onto the acolyte type models is extremely difficult and messy

I think you did a great job with the white colours and the skin. The red gems show up nice and brightly too. This may be a rather noob question but why did you paint the skin green to begin with and do you do it with all "flesh" tones you do?

How are you finding the flag part of the model? For me personally it's extremely bendy and I think before long it'll end up snapping off.
