If you have a wizard with loremaster then another wizard with the same lore is it at all possible to argue that you are picking the loremaster's spells first so when you roll the second wizard you already have the spells he rolls, meaning you can pick?

No. Reread choosing spells, and notice the duplication rules tell you to ignore Loremaster wizards

Wizards who have no choice to the spells they know are ignored for duplication, a loremaster has no choice he knows all the spells.

Actually, I think its any wizard that doesn't randomly generate spells that is ignored. If you do get to choose a wizards spells he doesn't count either. Such as HEs Staff of Saphry.
