One yes its possible. Is it easy like the aobr terminators? NO.

Actually, converting DV terminators looks pretty easy to me for all but the sergeant. Just slice their arms off at the shoulder and glue regular terminator arms on.

You don't need to be good with green stuff, as long as you are precise with an xacto knife. I bought 2 boxes of DV with my friend to share, and I turned 5 of them into Lightning Claws, and 5 into TH and SS assault termies....
