This is my first ever army list for this game and I wanted to build on what I had from the Open Fire starter and this is what I came up with for 2,000 points. I plan on combat attaching the heavy machine gun platoons to each of my grenadier platoons. Everything else is pretty straightforward I think. All comments welcome, and remember I'm a beginner

Seems solid enough, eventually you might want to drop a platoon of HMG's and replace with mortars, always a useful asset.

Yeah Mortars are always good. I would also drop the tigers down to 2, 3 is a bit overkill IMO especially as you have 88's.

The list should do fine as it is though.
