So i came up with this list cause full drop pod list is way too risky

Melta wolf guard comes in first turn for first blood, you cant cover everything with warp quake  , 1 Pod always sneeks in. The other WG with power armor go with the rhino squads shooting melta and moving to objectives. The footsloggers led by TDA WG follow rhinos to get cover and shoot plasma. Rune preists go with footsloggers with codex powers ( LL,JAWS,MH) or join longfangs with divination if there are many flyers. The lone wolf moves toward enemy drawing as much fire as he can and the dread moves mid field providing close fire support. Long fangs do what they always do fire krak to juicy targets or frag to hordes from range

I have tried rhinos on 6 ed they just can't survive all the other look fine

Its still a cheap way to move your troops or protect them at least for a while its only 35 points

your HQs need to be differently equipped in a space wolves army as per the leaders of the pack rule so you need to give 1 of them a bolter rather than a pistol is you want the points the same.
lone wolves are good to use imo but at the same time its 85 points for 1 model that only has a 3 up save and 2 wounds, i would lose the hammer and give him either a wolf claw or frost blade to lower the points a bit.
long fangs are fine although i still prefer plasma cannons, missiles are probably the best thing for these guys.
what is the purpose of your 5 man flamer squad? personally id drop it and drop a melta unit so you can have 2 full units of meltas and have points left over to give a standard and MOTW, maybe replace the melta guys rhinos with pods as they need to be in your enemies face quickly or they will die.
your wolf guard need to all have the same combis to be effective and your dread is multi purpose which is ok but ive only ever used dreads effectively in games over 2000 points for some reason.
have you thought about thunder wolves they have saved my hide so many times and are a really fast distraction unit.

The 5 man flamer is for camping my base objective, i use a lot of troops cause you can never have enough. Lone wolf is a beast and wont go down without taking lots of fire away from my other units. As for Pods my opponents are mostly GK and Necrons and they use mechanisms against deep strike such as warp quake and the cryptech storm build. So if i go all pods ill have issues. Also i find TWC very expensive cause you need many points to make them strong enough , a unit of 3 with 2 SS and a PF for example is 235 pts for 6 wounds

i see your point on pods there.
as for thunder wolves i use a unit of 5 with SS along with a wolf lord with SS,PF on a wolf and so far they have not been killed, having a space marine with such a big movement per turn and having S5 T5 makes them very good units, for example me and a friend played a game where he used chaos with daemon allies as a fare well to the old codex........ my thunder wolves took out a soul grinder that deep struck, a khorne contemptor and a unit of 20 CSMs with a sorcerer in 3 turns and at the end of the game i had 3 wolves and the lord left in that unit.
yes they are expensive but they will 99.9% of the time kill more than there points cost during the game.
