With everything I have right now this is currently what I have. I am able to build this list. HQ: Saint Celestine Uriah Jacobus Troops: 4x 10 man Battle Sisters Squad - melta, MM 4 Rhinos Fast Attack: 7 man Seraphim Squad - 2x HF, Eviscerator Heavy: 5 man Retributor Squad - 4 HB Allies Guard: HQ: CCS Troops: Veteran Squad Fast Attack: 1 Vendetta Fortification: Aegis Defensive Line - Quadgun Alright so, The Rhino Sister squads will push forward onto center objectives; the ADL will fortify my home point with the Guard Vets and the CSS manning the quad. Retributors will either man the home objective or push with the walking Sisters to provide that extra firepower. Seraphim will jump with Celestine. Let the Vendettas tank hunt hunt of course. Uriah camps with the quadgun retributors. Even without flame throwers to discourage a charge, 12 S5 shots does about the same thing. Honestly I have no idea how this will go.

well if the vets are gunna be sitting back like that you might as well give them snipers and save the points while still being able to pack a punch at long range.. also if you drop the plasma you would be able to drop the grenadiers as well saving you 30+ points for something shiny Dont know bout sisters though

Your putting 32 SoBs in 2 squads. 6th ed is about objectives. I'd split them into 3 units and give the 3rd unit the Retributors Rhino. They can then opt to combat squad out of the Rhino to grab objectives or stay together to deny kill-points. As for the Retributers; they are a stand and shoot unit so the Rhino does little for them...you have a lot of Anti-tank with the Vendettas and squad-based melta...Heavy Bolters for rate of firepower would be a better use. Saves you some points so you can give that 3rd troop squad special/heavy weapons. The Retributors can man the Quad-gun and use their BS to shoot it along with HBs.
As for the Guard, dump the psyker and pick up a Lord Commissar or a CCS. Stubborn 10 can be a real problem as well as the orders you can issue from the CCS. In addition the CCS can shoot the quad-gun if your SOBs have a better target for bolters. Then switch the Vets from Grenadiers to Sentries. This gives you a 3+ cover in ruins (where they are sitting with an objective), 2+ if you go to ground (then the CCS orders them back in the fight so they can still shoot next turn).
With the points saved from dumping 2 Sobs from the troops and other trimmings you can dump 1 of the Vendettas and get yourself a Leman Russ Exterminator or Battle Tank. Or a Medusa; S10 AP2 pie plates hurt lots of nasty stuff out their. Bikes hate it because it insta-kills 2 wound Nob-bikers (not to mention Thunder Wolf Cavalry).
This also gives you 3 fast units and 2 heavy units for missions that make those scoring.

I'd change a few things round, give the Ret's the Heavy Bolters and put them on the quad gun that way if their faith goes off you have a rending quad gun and heavy bolters which is really nice. I find the MM's are best with the sisters as they will be advanicing forward anyway to get in range, If you can spare points I'd have the second weapon as Melta Gun's rather than SB's.
For the Vet's I would give them Plasma Guns.
When your looking at picking up new models in the future I'd recommend two Exorcist's to go behind the ADL with the Medusa.

That would involve loosing all of my air power, the reason I took Guard allies was because the Sisters have no air cover and are severaly hamstringed in my area as helturkies are everywhere. In my area air power is required at this point. I am not fond of the Medusa though honestly. I am considering making the Medusa become a exorcist as I believe ork bikers are T6 now and very rare for my area to begin with.

Hmm not a fan of mm rets or sniper vets. Interested to hear how the sb/hb sob work out. Seems like a lot of points in BSS though.

Well, I have no idea how it will work either but I also according to my local meta. It could go either with grey knights or guard as each solve the issue in different ways.

Updated the main list, shuffled several things around. I may drop a single vendetta as two seems overkill, though I have failed to kill tanks before with 3 seperate ones focusing a single russ :(. So dropping the second Vendetta, gives me a P. Psyker, an extra FT for the Vets, an eviscerator for the Seraphim, the fourth rhino, search lights for the exorcists. Now I could drop the Primaris Psyker give a basic CCS and that in turns give me more points to shove somewhere else.... I wonder would it be worthwhile to take Uriah, doing so I can drop the three Flame throwers and still give the Seraphim Superior an Eviscerator. Uriah will camp with the Retributors of course to improve their AoF chance and give AoF reroll.
