Battle Barge Impossible Fortress

A sorcerer made a Tau Hammerhead shoot at a Bastion with a bunch of Fire Warriors in it. It ended up being a spectacular event (for me).

Is that legal or not?

Puppetmaster lets him shoot a unit as if it were his own. All shots must be legal though. Nothing in your example appears to be illegal.
