So, I rediscovered the Nation States site, and I have re-created the Dakka OT region.

The basic premise of the site is that you create your own country, and then rule it as you see fit. You can also create clusters of countries called regions, one of which is the newly created "Dakka Off Topic Wastes." If you want to join the region, just create your own country and then search for the region by name, or go here: http://www.nationstates.net/region=the_dakka_off_topic_wastes
Post the name of your nation in here so we know who everyone is.

The enormous, moralistic, socially-minded government is mainly concerned with Law & Order, although Defence and Commerce are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 35%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.
Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to a well-funded police force. The Armed Republic of Dutch coolness's national animal is the Cat, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Euro.'

The Democratic Republic of The Nation of Alfndratslyvania is a fledgling, devout nation, notable for its complete lack of public education. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 5 million enjoy frequent elections, which are uniformly corrupted by big-spending corporations buying politicians who best suit their interests.
The minute, moralistic, pro-business government, or what there is of one, juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Religion & Spirituality, and Commerce. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 7%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Furniture Restoration, and Soda Sales industries.
Crime is a serious problem. The Nation of Alfndratslyvania's national animal is the Dachsund, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Pudding' Pop.
I need to make that income tax to a flat income tax on the poor with loopholes for the rich.

This is a pledge to all new members of the Dakka Off Topic Wastes. Do not be so easily mislead by the Grand Duchy of Cubeckistan, Their War on our nation is completely unjustified and their misleading of Fledgling nations in order to achieve their goal of total control has been despicable.
We must strive to find peace in this conflict however, we will not submit to the demands to the Cube, we will fight this aggression and imperialism wherever it raises it's ugly head.
Also, let it be known that i was completely unaware of the declaration of war, and was quite taken a back when i discovered that such a decision had been made by Cubeckistan. I had no intention of starting a war. I am and have always been a defender and the wronged party in this conflict.
