If a Quad Gun was behind the ADL and was targeted with an AP3 weapon, could the gun take the 4+ cover save? I would find it hard to believe that a Big ol' Land Raider could claim a 25% obscured cover save from the ADL but not the tiny little Quad Gun.

If it is 25+% obscured, yes, it can.

Yup, any model that gets covered 25% gets a cover save that includes neutral models (as the quad-gun) and enemy models

This would also effect an Imperial Bastion BTW...just in case somebody pulls the terrain blocking sneakyness on you when placing terrain.
