Hello everyone I would like to get your opinions on something.

How would everyone feel about a Doubles GT. 5-6 games Doubles format probably 1k to 1.5 per player. No allies, limit 1 fortification?

I am just looking for opinions as this is something that I have thought about for a bit, any rules etc depend on if this sound slike a good idea etc..

I think 1250 is a good number to go with. Once you hit 1.5k, thats effectively a 3000 point game which will, I think, take way too long.

Unless you would do a 2 day event as 3 games each day (as opposed to the singles we see at 4 games the first day, 2 the second); that might work at 1.5 per person.

I would lean heavily on around 1k for the event. However do you think this would be something you would interested in attending? Main focus here is to evaulate if people would like to see something like this.

But yes, I think a Doubles GT might be an interesting concept, given that most GT's have a "doubles" type event, but no actual 2 day blowout.

I think the doubles teams should follow some of the rules for allies. Battle brothers can use psychic powers on each other and desperate allies watch each other closely.

By no allies I meant 1 person in his 1k army cannot take a allies consignment.

On that note do you feel it would be a good idea? Would you like to see a GT like this?
