I have no experience playing chaos, here's what I came up with for a fun list. Was wondering whether anybody considers it to be competetive:

Nurgle Chaos Lord: Sigil, Palanquin, Plas Pistol, Power axe, melta bombs, blight grenades (185)

Nurgle Chaos Lord: Sigil, Palanquin, Plas Pistol, Power axe, melta bombs, blight grenades (185)

10 MON Terminators: 7 power sword, 2 chainfist, 1 power fist, 3 combi flamer, 4 combi plasma, 2 reaper autocannon (488)

10 MON Terminators: 7 power sword, 2 chainfist, 1 power fist, 3 combi flamer, 4 combi plasma, 2 reaper autocannon (488)

10 MON Terminators: 7 power sword, 2 chainfist, 1 power fist, 3 combi flamer, 4 combi plasma, 2 reaper autocannon (488)

10x Cultists: Shotgun (54)

10x Cultists: Shotgun (54)

10x Cultists: Shotgun (54)

General idea of the list: Toughness 5 Termies march down the field heady by 5 wound chaos lords using 6 autocannons to pick off fast vehicles and other lightly armored threats. When they get close enough, combi plasma handles enemy termies and combi flamers handle other stuff and they eventually mix it up in cc. Cultists follow behind trying not to die and grab points.

Thoughts?

Well, here Typhus would be the ideal leader of your army. He will make Zombies out of your Cultists.

Even with typhus 30 cultists are by no means hard to get rid off. Once they are all gone you have no troops to hold objectives. The terminators are too much i feel. You need some plague marines to fit the nurgle theme that hold objectives. You also have zero chance of popping flyers. Chaos has access to some very good heavy support which you should be using. The helldrake also had a flame template that is very solid.

I love termis but 30 is a lil much. Id say 15 tops. 5 is all you really need but if ur going for theme i understand. I would take the max on cultists with typhus like 90. That oughta hold some objectives hehe. Plague marines are steadily becoming the best troop for chaos. I know they are expensive$ but you can always get plain csm and modify them. Heldrake with balefire is an auto include imo. Also 3 oblits and/or 5 havocs. Also since you are runnin terms might think about adding a landraider.
