So I'm a big fan of standard bearers in my armies. I want each of the squads in my HomebrewPhaser sm army to have a banner. The issue I see at the moment is that I'll have two or three assault squads, and I'm struggling to find banners that will work with the jump packs. I'm thinking that those Japanese style flags that are an upside down L shape might look ok, mounted so the flag billows out behind the marine, and see, a bit more realistic than if I was to slap a T shaped one on there.

Anyone know of a mini maker that produces historical Japanese models in this scale?

You could make them with Plasticard and some wire. Or greenstuff and some wire, or make one and use instantmold to make more
