I have been searching around the internet and Dakka for insight into efficient load-outs for the Grey Knight ("GK") Stormraven.
I think I need it as a gun boat (Anti-horde) and flyer defense. For this role I thought this would be good: Twin Linked Assault Cannon, Hurricane Bolters, Psybolt - 255
What about other options? How are people running this to best effect in different circumstances?
Thanks

I think it would depend on your list, wouldn't it? If you go for a defensive long range attacks with reverse manipulation (making it come in on a 2+) you can take out your oponenets anti air on the ground, use the storm raven to take out your oponenets flyers turn 2 or 3, and turn 3 or 4 you can charge out of the raven, often a harsh experience for your oponent. If so, I would fitt it out for anti-air all the way. Perhaps adding the hurican bolters, I am not shure. (Note, the huricanes became mutch better during 6th edition. Ish. No longer defensive, but you can fire 4 weapons meaning psybolt amuniotion on those babies and an assault cannon is kick ass. to bad you cannot take autocannons on the storm raven)

my list is paladin heavy and so I was thinking i would need a truly high rate of fire gun boat to take down massed infantry. I figured the same weapons do double duty as anti-flyer if it is on the storm raven.

This, it will fit all your needs. Both anti-infantry and anti-tank.
