Looks good. Just one small alteration.

Why are you giving your Chaos Marines Mark of Khorne? For the same points you can give them dual close combat weapons instead, which are better because instead of getting 1 extra attack in the first round of every combat provided you pass a leadership check when you're charged, you get 1 extra attack permanently.

Seems like a waste of Abaddon to me by only taking one unit of Chosen. You receive a very small advantage of making a single Chosen unto a troop over an Elite choice which you aren't fighting to use in the first place. I'd suggest either swapping some CSMs for additional Chosen in Rhinos, or removing Abaddon in favor of a regular lord and Elite choice Chosen - utilizing the extra points as you see fit (Oblits, Heldrake, Cultist spam, etc.).

Also as the previous post, MoK won't serve you as well as CCWs.

Costs include the Bolter/CCW/boltpistols as well...forgot to list!

In 2000 points, only 1 Land Raider is going to get annihilated.

Chosen are a waste of points if you're giving them Power Weapons, give them Plasma Guns instead. You can thank me later.

Drop the Mark of Khorne for your models. If you want them to assault, give them the Mark of Slaanesh instead.

Alternatively, drop the Cultists. They're a total waste of points. Now that you have 53 spare points, you can now give all 3 of your CSM squads the Mark of Nurgle, which is an additional 30 points. Now that you have 23 points left over, buy a Combi-Plasma for 2 of your champions, and a Combi-bolter for the 3rd champion.

I would take lightning claw melta bombs mainly cause of being forced to issue and accept challenges.
