So I have wanted to delve into the world of Warmachine and Hordes for a while now, and even have the starter box for Protectorate of Menoth, but before I go too far I am trying to find some where I can play it! Right now i regular the GW Seattle Battle Bunker, but obviously I can't play there... Are there any Good FLGS in the Seattle area with a strong Warmachine/Hordes Group?

Well, I can't give you any info on a "strong gaming group" since I live all the way over in Chicago. But you can try looking for a FLGS at Dakka's store finder.

With that said, I shall back away slowly and ominously and disappear in a puff of smoke, then smuggle some fruit across the border in order to stay competitive with the veggie cartel.

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios

Yup, its quite handy. http://www.dakkadakka.com/core/store_finder.jsp

Seattle looks pretty decent for gaming stores. Call a few up and ask if people play Warmachine there.

there's a podcast called removed for play hosted on handcannononline.com that has a pg from seattle as one of the hosts. Have a chat with him as I'm sure he can find the best/closest store.

Card Kingdom in Ballard is a big one. The people from PP often play there. And the guys who run PAX apparently show up now and then, too, and some of the employees are Enforcers. They have a league and I have a few friends that play there. They also have a Cafe attached to the store which has good food and beer. There is a parking lot across the street. Also pretty good in store prices and a decent selection of WM/H. Thsi is probably THE biggest gaming store in the area.

Greenlake Games has some tables and some players. It is a small store, but very friendly.

Recently I found MUGU games in Everett and they are slowly building up a group of WM/H players. My friend and I played in their November tourny and are planning to make the January one. They also have a league. The people there seem pretty cool and it is not hard core competitive from what I have seen. Tuesday is their league night.

Gamma Ray games on Capital hill is supposed to be be nice. I have never been there, though, as the parking sucks. They also just recently opened an expansion to the store which is a gaming cafe. Again, I have never been, but have heard alot of good stuff about it. I just don't make it to Capital Hill very often. Me and my friends are all North enders. But if you are coming from Bellevue then it may be worthwhile

AFK Tavern is really interesting, elso in Everett. It is a restaurant for geeks and gamers. They don't really care if you sit there for hours playing games and eating. But it is really busy. And more of a hangout than a place to find players. If you go bring a buddy to play with and show up early. Bonus: they have a full bar and a plethora of geek oriented drinks. Try the Samus. Or if you are brave, a Power Word: Kill. Also a great place to find geek girls (though most of them are usually with someone).

Ernies'a games in Woodinville is a nice shop. The people who run it are a little funky, but they had a league and stuff last time I checked.

There is supposed to be a game store or two in Bellevue who carry WM/H, but I don't know their name or where they are.

I know there are some other places around but those are the places I have been (other than Gamma Ray).

PAX volunteers. I know PAX isn't WM/H only, but since PAX prime is in Seattle, PP has a good presence and there have been WM/H tournies there the last few years. The enforcers are pretty cool geeks and gamers.

Games and Gizmos in Redmond is also pretty popular. Located next to a very nice Irish pub.

Also Bellevue has Uncles Games and Dragonflight or something like that.

GW Rules Interpretation Syndrom. GWRIS. Causes people to second guess a rule in a book because that's what they would have had to do in a GW system.
