What would be the weirdest ally for your army?

If my TS decide to be friends with the Tyranids, then I don't know.
Eldar and SM works most of the time. Chaos and Orks...not so much

What's wrong with Orks and Chaos? Seems a pretty good match.

Old Ork Codexes even used to have Khornate Stormboyz.

It's a 40K classic.

Or simply play Dawn of War: Winter Assault

I put my vote down for Dark Eldar and Slaaneshi Daemons.

Its in the codex fluff and the latests DE novel - its ultra dangerous for the DE but then they normally live on a knife edge.

for me one of the big no no's is Gazghkul and Yarrick - now thats bad............

Templars and Eldar being better friends than Templars and Sisters.

Maybe the whole 13th Black Crusade was a ruse and Creed will just outflank Abaddon up to the Golden Throne.

He defended an entire planet (!) against an entire Hive Fleet (!) alone (!).

He doesn't need allies.

How about Maugan Ra and Marbo in a buddy war movie? They would both hate having to work together so much.

nah they just start at opposite end sof the baord, kill everythig in between and then fight each other till they get bored ( or :Lelith kills them both )

Marbo would never do something as heinous as "start on the board". Those are fighting words.

I think Orks would fight alongside anyone if it meant they got to do some Killin'

I think the weirdest ones for them would be with Space Marines or Inquisition types (GK, SOB).

For MY army? I would say Grey Knights. I focus very much on the fact that Logan Grimnar and the space wolves in general do not like nor trust the Inquisition after the first war of Armageddon. This may be because I hate the inquisition but that bit of fluff has stood out to me since first picking up the codex.

Well, according to the latest Space Wolves Codex, they opened fire, unprovoked at the Sisters of Battle, slaughtering them, while having Eldar "honour" their fallen Marines at the wolfy festivities in their Great Hall.

There're Chaos Legions out there who seem more appropriate to ally with other Imperial Factions than the Space Wolves.

On the other hand, Space Wolves and Red Corsairs is a true 40K classic.
