Okay. Thinking about buying a second ork bommer. The first one i assembled into a jack-of-all-trades, putting all dakka on it. This next one i want it to be a specific role. So from what I have playes, I have learned:

Dakkajet: Light armor, dogfights, and hitting infantry, trying to pin them in the process

Burna Bommer: Hitting blobs of infantry, getting those light infantry in cover.

Blitza Bommer: Anti armor, hitting blobs, and larger targets.

Now this is what I picked up. What should I build it into and what tactics to go with it?

You should get two more dakka jets

Seriously though, burna bomma and blitza bomma haven't really proven worth it to me as compared to the dakka jet. The real beauty of it (as far as I'm concerned) is being able to get to pretty much anywhere on the board and put a hurtin' on any squad (I don't care if you are termies....on the turn you waaagh you are statistically going to kill about 2 (okay 1.875))! In addition you are probably going to be able to shoot down any other flyer in the game...I think it's a pretty good investment!

Dakkajets are objectively the best. They put out the most hurt for the least cost, especially on a Waaagh turn.

Subjectively i love my Burna Bomma. I'm a pyro, and my usual opponent is Eldar, who are very fond of their cover saves.. They do cost a fortune to kit out though.

Blitza Bomma is hilarious, but very bad at cracking armour, and undergunned for anything else. Even if you hit with the bomms they have a habit of doing jack, and you have a fair chance of killing yourself. Great fun, very orky, not too great at it's job.

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so
Menoth - 300+ pts

One of the benefits of the bomber kit, is its fairly easy to magnetise those bombs.
Switch your planes between games, play with all three types and work out which you like the most.
