Hey
The video was pretty good for a first go around. You were easy to understand, explained what you were doing and why, and kept a good pace of conversation. That is the key, is to keep talking. Alot of tutorials have pretty big gaps in the authors explainations, which CAN make them boring. Not always, but sometimes.
The only things i would suggest are more focused lighting. Since you are doing brush painting, i would set up a kind-of half of a box. Like bottom, sides and back to use as your "show area". Line this with a white sheet or paper or any white material, really. This, plus a good natural-light lamp will give you very good lighting for your video's. Just put the lamp over your non-painting shoulder (the arm you hold the model with) so as to not cast a shadow with your brush hand and you will be in great shape.
I would also suggest a bit more zoom at times. You want to have the shot of the model appear to the viewer as though they are looking at it from 9-12 inches ( 30cm) away, so that they can see how you are applying paint and where. Don't worry about "ohh, well what if i mess up" Its not a live show, edit the flubs out!
