Hey guys, got a little confusion on my last game regarding jink. Which by RAW I think I played it the right way... RAI not so sure, still I'm interested on what you guys rule.

Does a unit gets to keep jink even if he was locked in combat on the previous sub-phase? The question came because I had my unit of bikers move on their movement phase therefore gaining jink, and then charged an enemy chaos lord, on my CC sub-phase I killed the lord and ended out of combat. On my opponents turn he shoot at my bikes with an AP3 weapon when i was about to remove them I remembered i had jink. Since the rules never state that you lose it and I did qualify for the requisite of moving on my movement I took my saves and avoided losing my bikes.

However we weren't sure if it's intended to work that way, after all the bikes did stop to get in challenge, on the other hand if the destroy the unit they charge on the same turn someone could think they just ran them over slaying them therefore kept moving... dunno that's why I want to know how do you guys rule it.

Yes, you moved and therefore get jink. Being in combat "in the middle" did not alter that at all.
