Well you just lost on turn1!

You have to have models on the table at the end of every game turn, if you don't, you lose.

So you can deploy some of your warriors on the table in turn1 but they're outside of their transports and some armies might be able to kill them before your flyers arrive.

Well, it'll work. Same as every other identical necron flyer list out there!

Same stuff goes for any cron air army. It'll will obliterate a large proportion of armies in a very boring game. It will probably lose to any guard build that's spamming vendettas squadrons, hydras or manticores. It will also probably lose to very fast armies that can just get up and under the scythes within the first turn or two.

What feedback are you actually looking for on the army? Its pretty cut n paste.

I just want to take a feedback of a full necron flyer list

It works, very boring to play and play against. You'll have most of your units at the end of the game, your opponent will have most of his minus his tanks.

I wouldn't start the 6man warrior squad on the ground, too easy to give up first blood with. Just reduce it to 5 put them back in the scythe and put the other model on one of the other squads starting on the ground(the one with your warlord, since its going to be drawing a lot of firepower turn 1).

Pure Flyer lists like this don't too well as has been pointed out by just having Warriors down on the table.

You need at least 2 small units of Wraiths on the table, 26 Warriors and an Overlord aren't going to survive the brunt of what many armies can bring to bear turn 1.

Yes, having fewer models may seem counterproductive; however, having Wraiths garners a smaller footprint, makes them easier to hide and they have a 3+ Invulnerable. Also, having a somewhat competent CC unit is always majorly helpful.
