I am thinking about making some traitor guard to ally with my CSM, and was wondering if anyone has used these kits, and are they any good?
Which models do they work best with (Cadians, Catachans etc...) Thanks!

On moon miranda.

The kits themselves look really very cool, but are a tad expensive given you need to still buy normal guardsmen.

They're designed to work with Cadian kits for legs/arms, I've never seen them with anything else.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

They work well with flagellants:

and Maruader horsemen (for rough riders)

Thought I had a zombie with one attached somewhere but I've lost the picture. Really anything with robes and some greenstuff you can work them into.

I'm in the same situation as you and I've also given it thought.
1) Chaos Marauders or/and Beastmen Gors + dakka bitz = classic cultist. I have 20 gors and plan on cutting the sluggas off my orks and pasting it onto the gors to make them more wargear approved.

2) Beasmen head and legs and bits + cadia torso and guns = badass mutated renegades.
E.g. http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d194/Gorman2000/Beastmen-attacking.jpg
a bit like this, but moar chaos

3) Get guardsmen, beastmen, etc and greenstuff the bastards.

Just some interesting ideas to start you off.
