I haven't seen any posts on this topic, but would rage lose its +2 attacks vs defensive grenades, or be brought down to +1?

They would lose any bonus for charging in so they would be reduced to their base attack characteristic (including having a 2nd CCW).

Do you mean they loose the bonus attack for having a 2nd CCW?
If so that is incorrect, they will retain the bonus attack for having 2 CCW's (Normal Restrictions apply). They only loose the bonus attacks from charging.

Uh, no. A 2nd CCW is not a benefit of charging. It is a benefit of having a 2nd CCW. The extra attack is generated irrespective of charging or not, so it cannot be a charging benefit.
Rage goes away. +1 attack for charging goes away. Furious charge goes away. But the 2nd CCW weapon stays.

Not quite. Defensive Grenades have no effect on Furious Charge.

Correct as Rage gives a +2 to attacks instead of the normal. Defensive grenades just remove that attack bonus. It has no effect on furious charge.

English is hard: The part in parenthesis is stating that they keep their base attack plus the bonus for 2 CCW.
