I just bought and built a land Raider Crusader with hammernators and DV tac termies. Since i have both varieties, how could one used both in conjunction with each other?

Put the Hammernators in the Land Raider and head right for their top threat. Deep Strike the bolter Termies where they'll do the most damage, or cut off reinforcements trying to reach the Hammernators.

And between the Redeemer and Crusader, which of the two is the best. I didn't glue the sponson weapons on, so i can change between Crusader & Redeemer between matches.

Depends on what you're fighting. For MEQ, the Redeemer is boss, for hordes the Crusader is boss.

Protip: magnetize the sponsons so you don't wear out the plastic switching the weapons

To your original question: I find that the shooty terminators work best with a locator beacon (usually on a drop pod from another unit) so they can drop in behind the enemy without scattering and deal some pain. The assault terminators will work best in the land raider because it can get them to where they're going quickly and they can assault straight out of it.
