Hi guys just wanted to get some advice from some more experienced players.

I am the new proud owner of 22 meganobz after a really good deal on eBay.
I only want 1 unit and want to sell the rest to make some money for more boyz.
I have 9 combi rokkits
9 combi shootas
4 combi skorchas

What would you guys keep from this lot to make 1 ultimate unit?
And what would you guys sell the rest for?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Who cares squash em with the klaws. All 3 options work debating which is best is like choosing the color of the icing on your birthday cake.

Your rite about the skorchas their extra deadly now. How many would you keep for a single unit?

To raise money for some more boyz. I did not intend to get so many but they were a good buy on eBay.

TL Shootas arent bad because TL anything pretty much doubles your odds of hitting.

Kombi skorcha is nasty. Despite crappy BS skill, it hits on template and wounds really well. Personally this is what i like, for the most part if im able to get it i do because its only 5 pts and that 5pts can easily destroy 3-6 infantry of any race.

Kombi rokkits are stupid. One shot, one rokkit, BS2. Kidding me right? That will never, ever land unless you have godly luck. Ditch those i say, and you really dont need more than 5 + meganob boss or ghazgul because theyre so slow if the bulk of your army is them you'll just get kitted to death.

I'll keep the 4 skorchas and a shoota and convert another into a Mega boss. The rest I'll either sell on here or put back on eBay.

Keep an extra shoota. When I go a couple of point over the limit its always the combi-something I take off a meganob. ( I think it makes him more furious and performs better in the game!)

Rokkits are rubbish on Meganobz, why do you want a one shot weapon with 33% chance to hit?

I would either go with shootas or skorcha, probably skorcha as it auto hits so you do not have to worry about hitting and soften units up for assault.

Keep in mind that because Mega Armour confers the slow & purposeful rule, that you can't fire the skorcha's on Overwatch.

Dropping the templates from the comfort of a trukk is pretty cool tho (with 3-4 meganobz in the trukk).

I like the twin-linked shoota on the Meganobz though, as it doesn't cost any extra points, yet their almost as effective anyway. You take 'em 'cause they're hard to kill and have a lot of power klaw attacks.

Keep 4 Scorchas and 6 Shootas. Skip the rokits...

Ork Kombi Rokits = Worst gun in the game.

It only hits every 1/3 games. They are so bad, you should give me all the rest of your 22.
