Not meant to be a highly competitive army, was just trying to get as many walkers as possible. So will probably group big meks with a unit of 20 shootas each and they can munt around with a deff dred and kans mob each. Then that leaves the grotzooka mob to go with the Ard boys, I'm aware they're rather expensive, but I wanted some shiny bits in the horde. Unsure of grotzookas though and feel there is a lack of troops units for 1.5k, so could switch them out for 2 x 20 grots?

How about losing some bid shootas or mega-blasters to give the two meks burnas to give them the iniative based power weapon attacks vs marines + overwatch or to flame hordes. (If you have the models)

Personally I wouldn't bother with hardboyz, too expensive, you could chuck in a dakks jet just for a bit of fun instead.
Also at 1500 pts and with 5 troop choices you have more than enough.
