I hate to be blunt, but is this a serious list?
Sorry 20 scouts as your troops will poof almost the moment they hit the table, meaning you cant win over half the missions.
30 footslogging tactical terminators might sound scary, but most shooty lists at this point level will just spam weak shots at them and make you roll saves (ask DA in 5th edition). Trust me when I say this will not work out for you, especially because you have pretty much no anti-tank aside from praying for rends on assault cannons. Everyone rolls 1s eventually, and usually a lot faster than you might think. Combine that with a proliferation of plasma in this edition, no mobility, and a lack of ranged support and you aren't left with really anything.
Sorry, this is just not a good plan.

The Brotherhood of steel is a neat idea but as above said its probably not going to work out too well unless you can sit them in some really good cover. You have basically no anti armor, and god help you if they have demo cannons/or equivalents.
Doesn’t help that fallout didn’t really have any vehicles to mock lol
but to make it mabye work, mabye foot slog with some hamernators in front and create a walking formation accross the battle field.

You can deffinitely make this work, just not how you are trying. Replace some of those Assault Cannons with Cyclones and exchange some with CC termies. Or you could use codex DA which seems much more geared towards this kind of list
