Need advice on the current project! I'm building a Nurgle blimp as a counts as helldrake for my nurgle zombie hoard im in the process of making.
It's still in early stages but I've hit a snag, as far as the balloon is considered its currently "textured" as follows

Crappy pic i know but not really important as it shows the texture fine. I'm planning to have the carriage "melded" into the belly and put several eyes of various size on the front of the blimp or "bloat" My question is which way should I go with it?
I could:

A) Sand it smooth and add boils/abscess' over smoother surface
B) keep "putty" looking texture that kind of fits a fleshy nurgle like hulk and add boils,etc...
C) some combination thereof

Also i could make it a bit bigger by adding more compound with the same after effect

The under carriage is far from done so ideas are welcome but no need for criticism just yet

So opinions anyone?

My current thoughts are keep texture and add various plights/eyes at i think it will paint up and look very nurgle like

If you understand. But blimp are relatively slow I don’t think it would work well as a counts as hell drake. Unless it had a massive engine at which point I don’t think it’s a blimp.

i could invasion a nurgle drake being a giant fly with tattered wings and such and mucus EVERYWHERE.

Otherwise for your blimp. It’s too simple of a shape, too clean if you will. Look at the star craft zerg overlord, I think that’s pretty nurgleie

Yea i was just thinking of adding big bulges to the balloon to make look less...uniform, I'm pretty set on the blimp though or whatever it will be after finish, the propulsion system will be part of the carriage and was thinking of engine(s)

Well played, sir.
