I haven't had the chance to play with this exact list but I working towards getting the Tau I need to complete it. I am really excited to field this list because I think it has the potential to be extremely competitive, also I really like playing shooty orks. I'm thinking about cutting the 3rd unit of kannons for a group of sluggas boyz and nob in a trukk or a third unit of looats. I have had some success with a single unit of trukk boys, either keeping them in reserve or hiding them by my gun line and using them as a sort of counter charge unit and to late game fly up the board and wipe enemies off objectives. The crisis suits and Shas'o will be deep striking. One thing my foot sloggin shooty orks list have had trouble dealing with is av 13/14 and other enemy shooty units that hide, the suits are great answers to both. CC is welcomed!

Elite:
2x 10 lootas, aegis defense line
Heavy Support:
3x kannons, with 4 extra crew and 3 ammo runts
Fast Attack:
2x Dakkajets, extra suppa shootas, fighta ace

Tau Allies:
HQ Shas'o missle pod fusion blaster, mt
Elite:
3x Crisis suit, 3x missile pod, 3x fusion blaster, mt
Troops:
6xfire warriors
Heavy Support:
2 Broadside, mt

Oklahoma

I used to run tau allies, but found a minimum sized squad of meganobz and a megaboss ina trukk worked better. for some reason the broadsides just couldn't seal it for me, or when my opponent went light or no mech, there was just little all my anti tank could do.

the MANZ missile works for me for a few reasons: 1. Ramshackle rarely goes in my opponents favor (as you will most likely be blown up after you turboboost across the boar) and 2. you can split the warboss and take down two vehicles a turn. you also have an in your face threat that soaks up a lot of firepower forcing your opponent to deal with your boyz and lootas later.

also The skyshield landing pad is better for your lootas than an ageis. 4+ invul and better LOS means those nasty flamer templates all the competitive players throw at lootas ASAP still have a chance to be saved where an ageis doesn't protect you. I played a match today where my 45 lootas survived 4 rounds of manticore barrages, and a whole mess of firepower before going down. a defense line doesn't save from that (cover is resolved from center not direction)
