Not sure if I should put this in Painting and Modelling or General Discussion, so I flipped a coin and here I am.

So as the title would say, I wanna make some thousand sons, I'm broke, I have some AOBR Marines, scarabs a file and greenstuff.
First I'd slightly file the scarabs so they'd fit the head then stick them on. After that I'd make a loincloth using some greenstuff.

So whatcha think ladz, will it work?

I think you will find the scarrabs are a bit to large and also a bit to little scarab shaped... :-/ At least that is my expreicne. I think greenstuff would suit your needs beter.

I'll try sending pics of it using bluetac instead of greenstuff for molding purposes.
