If any of the following deep strike and scatter off the table, do they move the minimum distance to go back on to the table, or do they mishap?

No they would mishap as normal. Their special rules clarify scattering over models or impassible terrain. Table edge is still the end of the world.

They all mishap.
Their rules all specify that they only reduce scatter if they would land on top of impassable terrain or a model.
