Does anyone have a telephone number for Waugh Games based in the UK?

The reason I ask is that I placed an order for a Scibor Miniatures Graal Knight on Sunday 25/11/12 and paid via Paypal, receiving a confirmation of order email the same evening. Since then I have received or heard nothing! I sent a polite chasing-up email the follwing Sunday, a polite but firmer email this Wednesday just gone and backed this up with a physical letter sent by first class post the same day.

I understand that he runs this store part-time at weekends, though he has now had two weekends to acknowledge my order or frustration and there is no telephone number on his website or that I have found on the internet. I have now filed a complaint via Paypal and await the outcome of this, though would still like to contact the owner to resolve or at least feedback my frustration.

If you were thinking of buying from this source beware!
