My wife is getting me some armored cars for my xmas gifts. Pumas,222 and 223s.I got some of the cars the other day as a early gift and for i was surprised and impressed with the 222s.ESpeciall y after alot of complaining about this kit.For me it was no worse then a PSC kit.I can see where their is gap problems but i shaved my plastic Nips offf so the lined up well.On the snap tight thing i always use glue.I learned to this way back in Elementery schoool assembling NAm kits.Their was some small gaps but super glue gel is my friend and is great as a small gap filler and at my local dolllar store i can get 3 tubes for a buck. regular super glues is way to messy and does not hold the models as well.I also got a BF 223 command vehicle and the Cars body is nice but the turret is not a beefy as i would like it to be. So i do like the turret on the Zvezda cars but the barrels are kinda thin so i see some breakage in my future.Also the new plastic material for the cars is alot better than the old plastic material used. So i guess i would give the Zvezda cars 4 out of 5 stars,The turret barrel thing.As for the BF 223 command the Same 4 out of 5 . The turret need to be a bit more beefy for me.
But i think for my next round for the cars.I think i am going to try my luck at converting one over for a command vehicle and use some wire for the Antenae.Also i got a boat load of extra half track 2 cm guns so i may give some turret conversion a go.install some nice metal mgs too.
